Tarping Systems:

Please note that refunds or returns are not available for customized tarping systems. Each tarping system is manufactured to meet your specific requirements, making it unsuitable for resale or return. We strongly recommend careful consideration and consultation prior to placing your order to ensure satisfaction with your customized tarping system.

Parts and Accessories:

For parts and accessories, we offer a 30-Day, no questions asked return policy, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
  • To initiate a return, package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, ensuring to include your order information. Additionally, call or text us at 712-258-6939 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
  • Upon receiving the package and confirming the items are in resalable condition, we will promptly issue a refund, deducting any applicable restocking fee.
  • Please be aware that items returned that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or may incur additional fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our return policy. Should you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is available to assist you.

Sioux City Tarp Custom Made Tarp Products Deposit Policy

At Sioux City Tarp, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality custom tarp products tailored to meet their unique needs. To ensure that we can continue to offer this personalized service, we have established the following deposit policy for all custom tarp orders.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to initiate the production of all custom tarp products. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of order placement. This deposit covers part of the production costs and secures your order in our production schedule.

Deposit Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of custom-made products, we must adhere to the following refund policy:

  • Cancellation within 72 hours: If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made within 72 hours from the time of order placement.
  • No refunds after 72 hours: Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on deposits for cancellations made more than 72 hours after order placement. At this point, your order will have entered the production process, incurring costs that cannot be recuperated.


Sioux City Tarp reserves the right to consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances that may warrant an exception include, but are not limited to, unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond the customer’s control.

Sioux City Tarp Product Warranty

At Sioux City Tarp, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. Our warranty is designed to provide peace of mind while balancing the need for fair use and service life of our products.

One-Year General Product Warranty

All Sioux City Tarp products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and is effective from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or modifications.

Specific Product Warranties

  • Arms: We offer a lifetime warranty on the arms of our products, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. 
  • Motor: The motor of our products is covered by a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects.
  • Control Box: A one-year limited warranty applies to the control box, safeguarding against manufacturing defects within the first year of ownership.
  • Tarp: Our tarps are covered by a one-year limited warranty, specifically addressing premature failure of stitching under normal use conditions.

Warranty Claims Process
