Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible. During checkout, we will only collect an $800 deposit. This allows you to finalize the details of your order and get tax exempt status (if applicable) prior to the final invoice.

If you choose an onsite or in-house install, we will work with you to set up a mutually agreeable time.

After we receive your order, we will reach out via text with any questions or comments. You can send followup information through text as well.

If you are a tax exempt customer, please complete your tax exempt form as soon as possible.

Reminder – this is a deposit only order. Click on “Add to Cart” to finish the check-out process. If you have submitted a tax-exempt form, we will remove the sales tax from the final balance due (pending approval of tax exemption). Note: cancellations made more than 72 hours after deposit payment are non-refundable.
